Alisha Jaquith, MD is a psychiatrist who is double board-certified in both Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Adult Psychiatry. She attended medical school at the University of Massachusetts Medical School in Worcester, MA. She completed her residency in General Psychiatry followed by fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. Dr. Jaquith has been in private practice since 2017.
Dr. Jaquith provides psychiatric assessment with psychopharmacology services and therapy for children, adolescents and adults. She takes an individualized approach to determine if and when medications are needed and incorporates insight-oriented, cognitive behavioral, and supportive therapies to meet the specific needs of each patient. She enjoys working closely with families and has additional training in evidence-based parenting practices which she incorporates into her work with children and families as needed.
Dr. Jaquith accepts Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance or private pay. Appointments are available through telehealth or in the office. Due to licensing laws, patients must be in Massachusetts for their telehealth appointment.

Patients are responsible for insurance deductibles, copays or coinsurance amounts as determined by the insurance provider. I am a credentialed provider in the BCBS network only.
Payments are accepted by credit card, FSA/HSA/HRA card, or personal check.
Private Pay Rates effective 1/1/25:
$500 for Initial Psychiatric Consultation
$275 per Follow Up Session
$100 for every 20 minutes will be charged for time outside sessions spent on activities such as writing letters, attending IEP meetings, etc
This is a fixed fee schedule, I do not offer a sliding scale.
